Invest in the next generation
In The HorseKind Project’s Youth EAL sessions, children and teens have the opportunity to spend time outdoors while engaging in fun, interactive activities with horses. Whether shy or outgoing, youth will begin to understand and develop their life skills as they interact with our horses under the guidance of our experienced professionals.
Through our sessions, youth will build confidence, learn about healthy boundaries, and improve social skills and teamwork as they develop their communication skills. EAL has been shown to help children and teens reengage in school, reduce stress, and improve mental health as they grow through intentionally chosen activities in sessions. Participants may identify personal strengths and strengthen weaknesses, improve their problem solving abilities, learn about choices and consequences, and develop various other skills integral to becoming a confident and capable member of society. The sky is the limit!
In our sessions, we can cater to a wide variety of participants. We welcome people living with physical, cognitive, social, and emotional challenges, and we will tailor our sessions to meet your participants’ needs.
